I started training in 1991 at Hanham Dojo with the late sensei Bob Bridges and after 4 years of training was awarded my black belt. After a 3 year break I return to training at Hanham with Sensei Steve Chappell and achieved my 2nd Dan in 2008. My studies of Goshin Jitsu have led to a keen interest in Judo for which I achieved my 4th Kyu in 2009.
